Su-Mo has been servicing Hyatt Waikiki, as well as the Grand Hyatt Kauai for the past 11 years. Some projects that were completed were the renovations of the Spa and Fitness Center and the corridors of both towers.  Hyatt has called upon Su-Mo for maintenance work ranging from demolitions, installation of new flooring, refurbishing all wood furniture, and renovations in various departments and rooms.
